|Recommended: YesFantastic Place to Call Home — I love living here It doesn't feel like an apartment. The complex is clean, safe, and extremely well kept up. It is quiet, peaceful with great amenities like a gym, basketball court, and pool. Everyone is soooo friendly
The staff is not only professional, but they truly care that you are happy and they make sure that if there is a problem, it is addressed in a very timely manner.

|Recommended: YesExcellent property management — One of the best property management companies we've worked with in California, and we've had a few good ones They're in constant communication with their tenants, host frequent community events to get to know new and old tenants and respond to maintenance requests very quickly. We haven't had a single issue with the property management here, and are overall very satisfied with them and the property

|Recommended: YesPretty good — There is a lot of space for my roommates and me. The area is quiet, except for the random cat screeches. I rarely hear the neighbors below or next to us.
The only issue I had at first was with the shower. It took a while to figure out how the shower worked because the settings for hot water and cold water are on the opposite side of what the shower faucet says.
