Living Here is Great!

It's in a great location in town, really close to Target and the mall. It's really peaceful around here as well. The indoor basketball court is one of the coolest things here!

Village Landing

I've been here for almost a year and it's pretty nice. The amenities are great, the staff are always prompt, friendly and helpful. There are plenty of bus stops around, as a UC student with no car this makes it pretty convenient. Any issues I've had were minor and easily resolved. It's a quiet and safe community.

Great Place to Live In!

This apartment complex is a great place to live in. The staff is friendly, the location is great, the apartments themselves looks great, and the community is very safe. I am very satisfied with everything Village Landing has to offer.

Loving village Landing!

Recently moved here from Clovis, moving to Village Landing has made it a smooth transition! I love how quiet the complex is, there's always open parking, and maintenance is awesome! Not the cheapest apartments we looked at while apartment hunting, but Village Landing is proving to be worth the cost!

Villagers

The ladies working at the office are very friendly.The rest of the staff is Also very efficient they take care of any issues right away. Whether is fixing or replacing anything they are fast and efficient.

Apartment Review

Village Landing Apartment is actually placed in a nice location. It's close to the Merced College and is about 10-15 minutes away from UC Merced. There's also a food court nearby (which is very convenient). Furthermore, the design of the unit is quite nice. Overall, it's an excellent place to live for college students.

Village Landing

This apartment complex is beautifully managed and expertly staffed. The landscaping is a breath of fresh air every time you come home. It is situated very close to the UCmerced and Merced colleges. Although not the cheapest apartment complex you will get your moneys worth.

Affordable and Convenient Apartments for College Students

For students going to college, this is a pretty convenient and safe apartment complex to live in. I find it nice that I'm close to most of the grocery shops and maintenance is excellent. Thank you Village Landing!

Great place to live!

I have lived here for about 8 months, and it has been pretty awesome. Any issues or questions I have had were promptly resolved, the staff is super friendly, and there is a bus route that goes directly to the UC and community college. I would definitely recommend living here!

Great for students!

As a UC student, the location is excellent since the bus stop is located a little down the street or I can walk a short distance to the CC and catch it there when I am running late. It is also within walking distance of Target and Raley's.

Village Life

Great, Quiet, Apartment Complex

I have found living at village landings to be a pleasant experience - the staff is friendly, apartments are kept in good repair and any maintenance I need is taken care of promptly. Very importantly for me, this is a quiet complex, so residents are not bothered by loud parties, or woken up in the middle of the night by their neighbors music (this is an important amenity in a town with a lot of students). I have enjoyed living here.

It's been a great 4.5 years

Excellent and friendly staff. A couple of things though: 1) What chemicals are used in the pools? There should be an easy way to find out in case of allergic reactions. 2) There is an outstanding maintenance issue. The light outside my apartment has not been working for a couple of weeks.

Safe,

Well kept, spacious apartments. Well maintained housing community. Great area in Merced, very safe! Peaceful community at night. 2 pools, friendly and helpful office staff, friendly neighbors. Highly recommend to anyone, especially if you are new to Merced and are nervous about being in a new area or crime.

Maintenance

Best apartment

Village Landing is next to Village Terrace and they are the best apartment complexes in Merced. Village Landing is cheaper but has lots of space so I feel happy here. If you need any maintenance you just have to put in a work order, which I think is great.

Immaculate apartments

Best apartments I have lived in so far. Apartments are nice and spacious ,also with extra storage. Management is always helpful and courteous. I always feel safe here with security around , definitely a great place to live.

left and then came back

I lived in village landing when I first moved to Merced, I moved out to rent a home. I missed village landing, since they were well maintained because it is clear management cares about their investment. When I moved back I was so overjoyed that they still had great service, cared about their tenants, and I love my 2 bedroom 1 bath. I will be staying here until I move out of Merced. Their prices are higher than some other apartment complexes, but it is worth it to me.
